How to Submit Your Event

Supporting Members can submit events directly from the Member Menu.

    Log in to your Member Menu

    Use your TSRA credentials to access member tools.

    Open Events

    Click Events in the navigation bar.

  3. 3

    Choose Submit New Event

    Complete the form with your details (see tips below).

  4. 4

    Approval

    Your event is set to Pending and routed to our calendar editor. Once approved, it appears on the TSRA Calendar.

Post sanctioned and club matches so competitors can plan ahead.

Let members know about upcoming shows around the state.

Tips & FAQ

What info should I include?

Include a clear title, date & time (with time zone), location/venue, host contact, a short description, category, and any registration link.

How long does approval take?

Most events are reviewed within 1–2 business days. For urgent corrections, email the calendar editor (see site footer for contact).

Can I edit after submission?

Yes. From your Member Menu, open My Submitted Events to request an update. Changes may require a quick re-approval.
