How to Submit Your Event

Supporting TSRA Members can submit events through the Member Menu. Not a member yet? Join here.

  1. Log in to your Member Menu.
  2. Click Events in the navigation bar.
  3. Choose Submit New Event and complete the form.
  4. After submission, your event will be set to Pending and routed to our calendar editor. Once approved, it will be published to the TSRA Calendar.

Tips & FAQ

What info should I include?
Include a clear title, date & time (with time zone), location/venue, host contact, a short description, category, and any registration link.
 

How long does approval take?
Most events are reviewed within 1–2 business days. If you have an urgent correction, email the calendar editor (see site footer for contact).
 

Can I edit after submission?
Yes. From your Member Menu, navigate to your submitted events to request an update. Changes may require a quick re-approval.
